Who we are

LeadForge is operated by LeadForge Trades LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business in Sarasota, Florida. Throughout this policy, "LeadForge," "we," "us," and "our" refer to LeadForge Trades LLC. Contact us at hello@getleadforge.co or by phone at (941) 957-8832.

What this policy covers

This policy describes how we handle information about three distinct groups of people:

• Prospects — commercial decision-makers (property managers, facility managers, building owners) we identify and contact on behalf of our partner contractors.
• Partners — trade contractors who engage LeadForge to book qualified meetings.
• Site visitors — anyone who visits getleadforge.co.

Information we collect about prospects

• Business contact data — name, title, employer, business phone, business email, business address — obtained from public records (e.g., county property and permit databases), licensed B2B data providers (e.g., Apollo.io), or provided directly by the prospect during a call.
• Property context — building type, age, size, permit history, ownership records — from public sources.
• Call records — date, time, duration, outcome, and recording of the call (see "Call recording" below and our Call Recording Notice).
• Conversation notes — qualifying information the prospect provides voluntarily during the call.

We do not knowingly collect information about consumers in their personal capacity. LeadForge is a business-to-business service.

Information we collect about partners

• Company name, address, EIN, primary contact name + email + phone.
• Service area, trade vertical, scheduling preferences, dispute history.
• Billing information processed through Stripe — we never store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles all card data under their PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.

Information we collect from site visitors

Our public website collects minimal information: standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer, page viewed) and any information you submit voluntarily through a contact form, phone call, or email. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide a cookie notice.

How we use information

• To identify and qualify commercial prospects for partners.
• To place outbound business calls during permitted hours (8 AM – 8 PM Eastern, business days) in compliance with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
• To book, confirm, and document in-person meetings.
• To bill partner contractors for performed assessments and resolve billing disputes.
• To investigate and respond to legal claims and inquiries.
• To improve our outreach scripts, qualification, and training.

Call recording

Florida is a two-party consent state under Fla. Stat. § 934.03. Every outbound LeadForge call begins with an audible disclosure that the call is recorded for quality and training. Continuing the conversation after the disclosure constitutes consent under Florida law. If a prospect declines to be recorded, the representative will offer to continue the conversation unrecorded or end the call.

Recordings are stored encrypted at rest, retained for thirteen (13) months, and then automatically purged unless preserved under a legal hold. Full details are in our Call Recording Notice.

Third parties we share information with

• Twilio — voice and SMS delivery, call recording infrastructure.
• Stripe — partner billing and payment processing.
• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
• Apollo.io — B2B contact enrichment.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Trade contractor partners — we share qualifying notes and prospect contact info with the specific partner whose meeting was booked. Partners agree contractually to use this information solely to complete the meeting and not to share or resell it.
• Legal recipients — courts, regulators, and law-enforcement agencies when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell prospect or partner data to advertising networks, data brokers, or list resellers.

Retention

• Call recordings: 13 months.
• Prospect contact records: 24 months from last interaction, then anonymized.
• Partner billing records: 7 years (IRS recordkeeping requirements).
• Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you may contact us at hello@getleadforge.co to:

• Request a copy of information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of information about you.
• Ask us to stop contacting you (we will honor opt-out requests within ten business days and add your number to our internal Do-Not-Call list).
• Request that we not record future calls.

We will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days. If we need additional information to confirm your identity, we will ask before disclosing any data.

Do-Not-Call compliance

We subscribe to the federal Do-Not-Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Do-Not-Call list maintained by FDACS. We scrub our outbound dial list against both registries before any call. We also maintain an internal Do-Not-Call list of every person who has asked us not to contact them; this list is honored across all of our partner contractor relationships.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access controls, and quarterly credential rotation. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect your information has been compromised.

Children

LeadForge is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information about a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. If changes are significant, we will give reasonable notice at getleadforge.co before they take effect.
